Generally this takes about 1-2 hour and the agent and
homeowner should take notes. Considering the exterior and
interior of your home, we will walk through the house, room
by room, with the agent and homeowner to identify all the
recommendations for maximizing the potential in the home.

Do It Yourself
Written Report-Starts
at $250
This package is perfect for the homeowner who has the energy
and time to stage the home themselves. This includes a
walk-thru consultation, photographs, and a detailed curb
appeal and room by room report. We come in and take
pictures of every room, go back to the office and prepare a
detailed report for you to use to stage each area of your
home yourself. In this report will be recommendations for
color schemes, depersonalizing, de-cluttering, lighting,
furniture placement and more. Whether you are selling your
home or just wanting to freshen up the look of your space,
this report will help you maximize the potential in your
home.
Fine Tuning to Live-
Starts at $300-Shopping Services available.
With this package, you do the work from the Do It Yourself
Report and I come in and do the fine tuning and finishing
touches.
Key Room Staging to

Perhaps you are a homeowner who only needs help in a few key
rooms. This package includes staging key rooms in the house
such as the dining room, kitchen, bathrooms, master bedroom,
