Staging as Easy as 1,2,3,4
You've
made the right choice! And should you decide to invest
in Home Staging, "Let Us Tell You How We
Work!" (Please see the Pricing Page for our packages
and more detailed information.)
The
First Step-We
will set an appointment to visit your home and provide a
complimentary 30-minute assessment. We will get to know one
another better and discuss your home staging needs. Should
you decide to use our consultation services, a deposit is
asked for at this time and with your permission we will take
pictures of your property.
The
Second Step-
We will return to our office and prepare an exclusive
detailed report with suggestions on how to stage each room
of your property.

The
Third Step-
We will educate you so that you have enough information to
complete the work yourself and leave you with a copy of the
report. At this time the balance of the consultation fee is
asked for and we will discuss in detail all the wonderful
ideas we have to stage your property. However, if you
choose to have us stage your property, this is the time we
will decide what part of the staging process you’d like for
us to perform. We will return to our office to prepare a
bid and call you with more information.

consider taste-specific)
The
Fourth Step-Now
is the time when we prepare your property to sell for top
dollar! When the magic begins! The way you live in your home
and the way we market and sell your house are two different
things. So this is the time we will de-clutter, space plan,
rearrange furniture, de-personalize, enhance curb appeal,
and “set the stage” for the best open house possible. Upon
completion of the staging work, payment is due. We will
certify the property as staged and list it for FREE on
stagedhomes.com.
